Does the meaning of the word “passion” in the Bhagavad Gita mean the same thing? Is the word chosen correctly while translating it to English?

Following your passion means exploring areas that spark your interest, developing your skills in a specific area, and using those skills to contribute to something beyond yourself.

Many motivational speakers use the word “Passion” to motivate people.

I think the word “Passion” is a good positive word in that sense.

Then why does Bhagwadgita feels negative about “passion”?

Is this word chosen by mistake while translating Bhagwadgita to English?

It feels like the context ( meaning ) and word are not matching correctly.

What shall be the correct word or correct meaning which must replace this word “Passion” in Book “Bhagwadgita as it is” then? So that the meaning comes out correctly .
