My experience of joining Start-Ups after leaving well settled Jobs.

I will try my best to share my whole experience of my learnings so far.

Joining a startup is always a dream and opening it needs bulk of guts. But be careful as joining startups are same like going in open without any protection.

I will simply put up things in more logical fashion which can help anybody inspect one or another scenario and can manage their best decisions.

1. What you “must, must ask” before joining Start-up

In both cases if you are fresher or you are well experienced, you must ask this very basic question without any hesitance.

What Different or Unique we are doing Sir?

This question no matter what secret they are doing they can still manage to tell you and convince you. It not only gives you better idea by listening to their thoughts but it does also promote uniqueness. Because that’s what Start-ups are basically supposed to do, “fighting whole world for their worth”.

2. When you must not join a start-up.

You must not join a start-up just because they are trying to compensate you for your well organised experience.

You can manage to grow money anyway with a descent package in well settled job.

3. “Only then you must dream of opening a Start-up”.

Below point is very crucial, “key”and must be meditate upon long enough if you are dreaming of opening a Start-up.

Think you are pouring a seed in this world which is going to become a tree in long run.

What Uniqueness this tree will bring beside there are millions in world already?

How this business going to impact millions of lives around the world if given a chance to grow big enough.

Am I just desperate to open my own shop?

Opening and joining a start-up are risky but full of learning, it gives one an opportunity to create uniqueness and explore what could not be explored before.
