Why these 5 Policies are Important:

  1. These 5 policies are already in place in all developed countries around the world and many known MNCs.
  2. These 5 policies every single professional must be aware of, especially if you are an entrepreneur OR Lead People OR manage People Directly in your workplaces.
  3. These 5 policies create a Strong Foundation for any Organization and Any Industry in the world.
  4. These 5 policies will save your life, career, and increase the possibility of pleasant work cultures.

Policies Details:

  1. Anti Drug policy, or Drug Abuse policy at workplaces.

This means there must not be any intoxicant, alcohol, or any sort of drug present in the body of any human who is at the workplace and he/she is in working hours. Any check shall happen at any time randomly by any person or authority, and shall not be objectionable by anyone.

2. Anti Discriminations policy.

No cast, religion, color, food habits, political views ( veg, nonveg ), etc should be discussed at the workplace and shall not be the reason of not hiring someone, meaning none of the things which is irrelevant to execute a job shall be discussed and shall be avoided at all cost.

Example: To take up the job of a pilot one shall prove minimum physical and mental stamina, minimum maths and other mentioned qualifications, and one’s religion, caste, color shall not matter here, or to take up the job of a teacher of a subject Y, one shall know sufficient details about the subject Y, that’s it.

3. Anti Bullying policy.

Sarcasm, jokes on personality traits like you are fat, you are slow, you are so short, you are tall, you are old, etc shall not be entertained at any cost while working, any person shall not harm or hurt any one’s sentiments.

4. The process to get into that industry must be simplified.

Education, Training, Job requirements, etc shall be mentioned in clear detail, shall be available on the internet easily. Example: “How to take up the job in acting with minimum wages” shall be known on the internet, a person shall not need to take birth in any family to become an actor, the courses, the exams authorities, etc, the personality traits checks, etc, shall be known in advance. Whoever wants to pursue their career in these fields must be available easily on the internet. Same way as anyone who wants to be IAS or someone who wants to join Indian Defense Academies etc.

For example, the cameraman, the director, the videography, the acting, production houses, how to do investments, etc shall be clearly mentioned professionally, the universities and schools of relative careers shall gather this knowledge and help students prepare better.

5. Open Doors towards Innovation, Learnings, New creative opportunities.

It all shall be present in all organizations, everyone shall have availability to enough courses, new content to learn, for example, any actor who joined recently must have availability to courses which he can learn more, any videographer shall have videography courses, it does not mean enforcing the learning it means giving equal opportunity to learn to everyone so that whoever wants to advances their career must advance.
